Australian & New Zealand Orders

FREE Standard Shipping on all Australian and New Zealand orders over AUD $49

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, using trackable delivery services.
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, SVAKOM is not liable for parcels lost, delayed, or undelivered once they are handed over to the carrier. We will assist with claims where applicable.

* WA, NT, and rural locations may experience longer delivery times.
^ Express post fees are non-refundable once your parcel is dispatched.

Note: Orders are not processed on NSW public holidays. Delays may also occur during promotions or events.
Backorders
If part of your order is on backorder, the entire order will ship once all items are in stock.
Please allow up to 30 business days for delivery of backordered items.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, SVAKOM will resend it once re-delivery postage is paid.
International Shipping
SVAKOM ships internationally via Australia Post/EMS, and shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

For DHL Express shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees in their country.
If a parcel is returned due to refused or unpaid charges, a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs once the parcel is received back.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SVAKOM is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Orders
If you receive your order damaged, please:

Retain all packaging and damaged goods.

To return a product:

Do not reject or return parcels without contacting us first.

The return address printed on your parcel cannot be used for returns. We will provide the correct return process upon review.
