Does KooSync disconnect after inactivity?
The app itself doesn't auto-disconnect, but most toys turn off after about 30 minutes of inactivity to save battery.
What happens if I get a phone call while connected?
The connection may pause during the call. Once finished, reopen the app and your device will reconnect.
Why does my device keep disconnecting?
Low battery, Bluetooth interference or background app limits can cause dropouts. Keep your device charged and close other Bluetooth apps.
