SO PAULO SVAKOM Design USA Ltd. earlier this month participated at the Intimi Expo in So Paulo.
At the sexual intimacy consumer show, held June 16-18, SVAKOM featured a two-hour seminar on womens health.
The audience that participated in the seminar was very much impressed by Keri and Siime eye [vibrator models], said company rep Carl Malmberg.
Malmberg went on to say that expos like Initimi help the company gauge what consumers are looking for. He noted that the adult market is still going strong, and it is certain to remain so even in future.
Shows help us to fine-tune our research so that we can come out with innovative products that satisfy the varied and unique requirements of our customers, Malmberg said. We always strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied and unless we know their tastes and requirements, we will not be able to achieve this.
In a nutshell, participation at the Intimi Expo has strengthened a long-held belief that collaboration with customers is the only way to sustain to grow.
